Return & Refund Policy

Rare Muse accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be completely new, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags still attached. Items with stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.

To request a return, email raremuse.us@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us within the 14-day window and wait for return instructions before sending your items back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
